We typically complete appraisals within 2 business days after the inspection of the property. We also make efforts to contact clients before we inspect properties if we anticipate problems.
We Appraise and/or Market Real Estate for our clients:
1. Single family residences (typical fees are $350-$450, but may vary).
2. Small income properties.
3. Vacant parcels of land including residential sites, commercial sites, mining claims, farms and ranches.
For purchases, refinances, second mortgages, P.M.I. removal, employee relocation, estate settlement, divorce, tax assessment protest, IRS questions of value, bankruptcy and foreclosure.
Broker Price Opinions are available, if requested or appropriate, and are provided by Real Estate Brokers who are also Appraisers.
Colorado Errors and Omissions Insurance Coverage is carried.
